ACCOMMODATION

We offer two possible options for accommodation.

1. Hotel "Sanatoriy Petrodvoretz" in Petergof (about 15 min. by bus from the Meeting and Workshop location, about 10 min. on foot from the Great Petergof Palace – the most famous Russian Imperial residence). The service is provided via the host organizers by "MONOMAX Meetings & Incentives" company – the official Technical Meeting and International Workshop Service Agency. Participants who would like to book places in this hotel should contact "Monomax" company (incentive@monomax.org) to confirm details of accommodation.

2. Places in St.Petersburg University hostel (about 15 min. on foot from the Meeting and Workshop location). Participants who would like to book places in the hostel should contact the local host organizers (IAEA-TM-STORI@apmath.spbu.ru) in advance.

Accommodation in other hotels of Saint Petersburg can be done in accordance with the participant's individual request. Please pay attention that the meeting is ~1.5 h travel time from the city centre.

SOCIAL ACTIVITIES

For participants a tour over the St.Petersburg University laboratories is planned for 5 October, before the conference dinner.

TRANSPORTATION FROM/TO AIRPORT

For participants, who book places via "Monomax" company (http://conferencenews.ru/3iaea, incentive@monomax.org), transfer service will be provided by "Monomax" directly. Other participants should contact local host organizers (IAEA-TM-STORI@apmath.spbu.ru) to confirm details of their arrival and departure.
